My company biggest
problem is nepotism…nepotism complicated with a communication problem. The split personalities do not talk to
each other...literally the right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing nor
does the left brain have a clue as to what’s up with the right brain.
The other two employees
are totally worthless and extremely lazy. I have to do everything myself.
Being self-employed has its challenges.
